Hey everyone!! For most of you who are working out to keep your bodies in shape for the summer, please keep in mind that stretching after working out is REALLY important. Before, when I started exercising, I didn`t stretch before and after my workout. I didn`t feel that great afterwards and my muscles felt so sore. Now that I stretch it really helps a lot! So remember to STRETCH before and after your work out. Trust me on this one!
