Make Up For Ever Artist Palette Vol. 1: A Snapshot and My First Look

Hello lovely Luuuxers!

Long time no talk! My most exciting purchase recently has been the Make Up For Ever Artist Palette #1: Nudes You Need. This palette retails for $42 at Sephora, which I think is a great value for a palette filled with MUFE`s newest eyeshadow formulation. I had heard amazing reviews of these eyeshadows all over the internet, but with each eyeshadow costing a small fortune, I definitely was excited when this palette came out so I could sample nine shades.

In short, the hype is so justified! It`s been a long time since I`ve been this excited about an eyeshadow formula. All nine of the shades in this palette have some degree of either a shimmery or metallic finish, which I personally love. The smoothness and blendability is unbelievable, but the greatest part of all is the lack of fallout. The pigment doesn`t budge at all! The shades in this palette are a nice variety of light and dark shades, as well as warm and cool, so this palette is very versatile as well as travel friendly. I brought this with me when I traveled to a wedding recently and it was so handy!

The packaging is also really nice and sleek, and I love the graphic on the front. I think it is very edgy and fun. The only criticism I can think of about this palette is the lack of matte finishes. I like to combine this palette with my Kat von D Shade and Light Eye Contour palette so I can get the most finishes possible. Can`t knock them too much though, because the shades they included are all so flawless.

If you haven`t tried this palette yet, you need it in your life! Consider it highly recommended by me!
