I found this article amazing, and as a aspiring doctor I realized how important eating well can be. As I embarked upon medical school, I came across the MCAT...which was quit dreadful, but the worst thing about it was my eating habit. I felt as if I actually went out of my way to cook "healthy/fresh" food then I would be taking time out of my study schedule..which consisted of 9 hours of studying....yeah, this exam was that intense, or that I made it to be for myself. As a student to other students and employed people, it is important to take time out to eat well, because it changes your whole day: mood, energy...etc.
Look into farmers markets, Whole Foods, etc.
Check this article out. =)
