My FREE Gift from ELF - best customer service ever!

However, there was a major delay in delivery for this order. While it was shipped within their normal time frame, it took unusually long for the package to arrive. ELF`s website was also having trouble and the tracking number they had provided wasn`t working so I began to get worried that maybe my package had been mis-delivered or lost.

I ended up emailing ELF`s customer service and they assured me that the package was on it`s way and was just taking a little longer than usual. I didn`t really expect anything, I was trying to confirm that my order was going to eventually arrive!

However, I got an email about 2 weeks later (after my initial order had finally been delivered) with a new shipment confirmation, but no details as to the products I had ordered.

I figured this was do to the problems they had been having with shipping, but instead a few weeks ago I received another package with a small note apologizing for the delay and with this gift!
I wanted to share, because I am totally impressed with ELF`s customer service. This isn`t the first time they have remedied things for me (i.e: I once received a broken product and they immediately shipped me a new one) but this goes above and beyond what I could have expected! I didn`t fault them for the late package, but had merely reached out since I couldn`t trace it. But I did receive this 10 dollar gift regardless.

This is their essential`s brush set, with 6 brushes as well as a small Daily brush cleaner spray!

The brushes in this set don`t seem to be as high quality as the Studio brushes, despite the black handle, but are still pretty good and better than the 1 dollar brushes from them I own.

I haven`t used these as of yet, but I had a bottle of the daily cleaner in the past, and just receiving that would`ve have been awesome.

Either way, I know that I will make use of these, though maybe some more than others!

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with their customer service - ELF truly is one of my favourite make-up companies since they offer such inexpensive but high quality stuff, and really do seem to care about impressing their customers as well!
