Don Miguel Mini Tacos

Having kids that need to bring lunch to school everyday sometimes is a chore. They don`t want to eat the same thing everyday and I don`t blame them. I try as best as I can to switch it up a bit while trying to keep it as healthy as possible.
So I stumbled upon this box of mini tacos by Don Miguel at Costco. They were on sale for about $6.89 for a box of 72 mini tacos. It contains chicken, cheese and I noticed some corn in it too. I usually make my own from scratch except for the shells but I thought this wouldn`t be bad for days I`m on a crunch.
I thought it wouldn`t taste good cause I remember trying some other mini tacos way back and it was blah. But these are actually quite good for some minis. I ate 8 of them and was already satisfied. But I still have cravings for them.. Lol. But gotta save it for the kids cause I only bought a box. Hopefully when I go back, it`s still on sale.
