Smoked Salmon Appetizer with Cream Cheese and Chives

This is a Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese, topped with Chives appetizer that I ate during an annual Christmas Party. Last year I ate the same appetizer but instead of chips, served with sliced baguette.

This is an easy and effortless appetizer you can make and it will be great for parties or even just for yourself to munch on. Basically just chips, smoked salmon, a type of cream cheese and topped with fresh chives!
