BeBe Lip Mask Review- Korean Beauty mask

Hey luuuxers,

A while back, I did a small haul from The Face Shop which is a Korean beauty shop. I had gone in there hunting for this particular lip mask which has created a bit of a cult following on the Internet.

The Bebe Lip mask is meant just for your lips, to help dry, cracked lips heal and make them super smooth.

It was a super weird feeling having these on my lips. Since they sit outside the lip as well, it almost feels like your lips are swollen - but there is no actual stinging or plumping sensation.

I have mixed feelings about this. I left it on for over 20 minutes, and when I removed the masks, my lips felt super smooth and great. But within an hour or so, that feeling was all but gone.

All I did was drink some water and I guess that was enough to wear away some of the effects already.

By the next day, my lips were cracking again....

So while this did have great temporary effects, I can`t say it did much to heal my lips long term.

I`m not sure if I will bother trying this again.

On the plus side, it wasn`t too expensive, but it leaves me wondering why people are so obsessed with this item.

This might be a good solution for someone who is looking to smooth their lips for a bold lip colour for a special night out.

I may give this another try to see how well it works in that regard.

Though I was initally left a little disappointed with this product, for some reason, i`m not ready to give up on it just yet....
