Hit Or Miss?

Hey everyone :)

I think this outfit is very girly and very funny. I love her pink blazer whit black sleeves and the same pink boots and Miley Cyrus has the same but her`s are yellow. I also love her blue shirt and that she has black tights whit small black polka dot under the skirt. I don`t like the black shirt because it`s has strange shape I would wear different one. I like the small black nerd glasses. I think this outfit is hit.
