Zucchini Crust Pizza

Yes, this is a different type of crust. There is not flour or yeast. It is simply what the title says: zucchini.

Shred one zucchini
One cup shredded cheese
One beaten egg

Remove any excess water from the zucchini to make a better crust. Add the other ingredients and mix. You could also add any spices to your liking. I like adding crushed red pepper flakes and a little garlic powder.
Spread onto a pizza baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Add the sauce and toppings, and cheese once the middle of the crust is cooked. Bake until the cheese is melted on top.
