If you live in Taiwan (or have used the internet to search for fashion-related material in Taiwan), you have probably come across ads from the online fashion retailer Zalora. At first glance, it looks shopbop or any other online fashion retailer. I browsed through some of the clothes and shoes and found some items that I liked. I had a few questions about the materials used in some of their jewelry and decided to call their toll-free 0800-060-658 number. I called about 6 times and the thing didn`t even ring before going straight to voice-mail asking me to leave my information and they`d call me back. I looked through their returns policy and realized that if a customer couldn`t reach customer service at all, they would most likely not get their money on returned merchandise... Needless to say, I`m very hesitant about trying this ubiquitously over-advertised site. Has anyone had bad customer service from online retailers before even buying anything?
