My new years resolution this year is to try to eat healthy, and cut the fast food and soda. I`m still going to eat what I want to, but limit myself and not eat fast food or drink soda for a month! (January!) I`m really excited for it.

To kick it off, I decided to drink a green smoothie today. Tonight, I`m not doing much today because I have to get up at 5 tomorrow morning! So I won`t be doing anything too fun today, but hey, I`m drink a green smoothie to kick off the New Year... LOL!

I started making green smoothies because of Benji, if you watch itsjudyslife you know who he is. i love it when he makes healthy meals and healthy smoothies because it inspires and motivates me to be healthier and feel better.

In this smoothie, it has a lot of spinach and kale, a whole mango, soy milk, ice! I just use the ingredients i had around my house! That`s what I typically do with my green smoothies! This is so delicious, I loved it! My favorite thing about this is that it is healthy and tastes good!

Does anyone else watch it`s judys life? And do you make green smoothies? Also, what are your new years resolutions?
