Yummy Protein Shake

This is one of my favorite things. It`s quick, easy, and even good for you. All you need is milk, peanut butter, a banana, and some ice.
All you have to do is cut up a banana (I normally use my Magic Bullet, so I don`t use a whole banana).
Throw some ice in a blender.
Add in howevere much peanut butter you want. I usually do about 3 big spoonfulls.
Pour in some milk and bled it up so that all the ice is crushed up and you can drink it through a straw.

If you use low fat peanut butter and skim milk, this is a lovely low fat, high protein breakfast or snack on the go!
