I give you a recipe for a dessert that is new to me, but that just we use creativity to create any kind of thing. This is a dessert associated with figs and caramelized with a filling that is worth trying.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon (rasa) cornstarch
1 cup well filled pulp of fresh figs, peeled and passed through a sieve
fresh figs to decorate
Mix well condensed milk with regular milk, egg yolks, beaten and corn starch.
Pass the mixture through a sieve network, pour in a nonstick saucepan and bring to a very low heat.
Stir constantly with wire rods until the candy thickens slightly.
Add the fig pulp, mix well and remove from heat.
Let cool and puree in a blender.
Store in freezer for 5 hours, beating well hourly.
When prepared well stay firm, help yourself to the balls decorated with fresh figs.
Note: For the pulp of figs, skin and pass through a sieve network. Then, measure one cup.
