Hey guys! Long time no post, I will try to post more! This weekend, a good friend of mine dropped by the house and gave us some fruits! I absolutely love love love dragon fruits, I will make yummy pitaya bowls with them or just anything in general with them. they are so tasty and yummy to snack on.
my favorite thing about this is the taste, but it also has great nutrition! which is awesome since i feel like most yummy foods that taste good aren`t all that healthy for you but this is so yummy and healthy! (of course, to an extent since it is very sweet!) Dragon fruit is low in cholesterol and also has a lot of vitamin c! it is also a good source of anti-oxidants! (natural one too)
definitely try it out.
