This is what I had for dinner today! Teriyaki chicken, oven baked wild salmon, asian veggies, and avocado, all over rice. The teriyaki chicken is from Costco. It comes with precooked meat and teriyaki sauce, which is frozen and you just heat up and put it together. The salmon we just put it in an oven safe pan, sprinkled some salt and pepper on it, added a little lemon juice, butter and soy sauce, and stuck it in the oven. The asian veggies we boiled in water with a little oil and salt. We cut the avocado in small pieces and added some olive oil and salt on top. Yummy and healthy!
