last night my father was craving for bananas. and then this morning when i woke up i saw these bunch at the dining table.. guess he went to the market to buy a few bunch.
bananas are one of the most popular and commonly found fruit in the world. i usually take them for granted because i find them too common, only to find out that these fruits are very very useful and healthy. well, i do know that bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals, but it still has a lot to offer.
i love eating bananas just as it is, but sometimes i make banana shakes especially when its hot.
i also have a high blood sugar level, and research told me that snacking on bananas every two hours helps steady the blood sugar level and the craving to eat sweet food. guess ill be snacking on bananas every once in a while then :)
