This is a Foil-Baked Feta and it is the most beautiful creation i have ever seen.
wrap a block of feta cheese in foil along with olive oil
chili flakes
fresh oregano (or basil,
coriander, or mint),
tomato purée,
capers, and red onion,
and bake for 10 minutes.
As for herbs there are a mixture of good quality dried oregano and fresh mint leaves.

In the end it comes out warm creamy and alittle acidic depending if you add on top the onions, tomatos etc. What you`d prefer.

I think this is the perfect side snack to go with a special meal your are throwing to add that wow factor into it
