Breakfasts like these are my all time favorite! They are also extremely easy to make.. So I started off frying some bacon on a pan and making eggs in another pan. For the eggs, I did one with the yolk still raw in the inside and a side of scrambled eggs. Then I toasted the bagel.
After the bacon is cooked, I let them rest on top of napkins to absorb all its grease. Then I plate the scrambled eggs and put the egg on top of the bagel and serve with the bacon. I add salt and pepper and finished!
It tasted amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly. Sometimes I might overcook the bacon and they get super crisp and have no flavor.. But today`s were flavorful.
I was happy I didn`t mess up on the egg. Sometimes the yolk would break and cook. The scrambled eggs turned out perfect like usual.
