Yes i`ve been having yum cha quite a lot. BUt i still love it.
This is another yum cha dessert that i`ve encountered for the first time.
Have you guys seen this dish before?
It`s so simple tha ti can make at home for sure. all it is is watermelon and grass jelly (these can be found in cans sold at asian grocery stores). Nothing else was added, only two ingredients and it was pretty small. cost about $5... WOW that was expensive for what it was. i could get a whole watermelon at that price.
But it was worth it because now i know of a new dish that i can put together at home.
It was very refreshing as you can tell that it has watermelon and then there`s the golden taste that grass jelly leaves. Very delicious =] you guys should try this at home if not at yum cha.
