I really don`t konw how else to describe this dessert...it doesn`t look that pretty after you unwrap it haha
The roll itself is made from sago (apparently from the waitress) and inside is red bean paste.
It wasn`t so nice, the white area actually has no taste whatesoever, the paste itself was ok, but since there was so much white area, it was more tasteless than sweet. You can definitely taste a bit of the banana leaf too.
Have you tried these before? is it a standard yum cha dessert? because i`ve never had these before nor have i seen these til the other day.
