So i go yum cha quite often, well of the late anyways.
I`ve discovered a new type of dumpling.
The pastry is like `har gao`. the insides has CORN, CARROT, PEA and at the very centre, a prawn.
It`s so pretty to me.
Taste? i prefer har gao, i like it. nothing wrong with it, just not used to it i guess? i don`t mind corn, carrots or peas in my fried rice, but in my har gao? i don`t konw lol
