Have you ever felt like you need to start working out and lose weight but either a) don`t have the money b) have no motivation or c) have no idea what your doing when you do try to work out? How about all three? I know I`ve been there. I recently found an app from Apple called the Nike Training App. It is quite literally the most amazing app I have ever downloaded, andddddd it`s free! This app is very much like your own personal trainer in the privacy of your own home. It has structured workouts for you that give you a minute by minute countdown. Also, if you don`t know how to do a particular exercise, they have a video for each one to show you the proper technique. And it only gets better from here! When you first open the app you decide what level of workout you are currently at based on the current amount that you workout in a month so you can slowly build up to where you want to be. It gives you options on what type of workout you want as well: get lean, get toned, get strong, or get focused. The app also offers you little rewards for your workouts giving you more motivation than if you were just doing sit ups in the living room. These workouts are no joke, either. It is a difficult 30 minutes of working out but once you finish you feel accomplished! Good luck on your getting fit journey and I hope you find this beneficial!
