Late at night, some hours after dinner, i get a bit hungry and always have to go eat something and because i don`t want to have something that i shouldn`t and because im going to bed, i usually go with a yogurt and then add something more to it.
I usually go with some great yogurt with bit of fruit and very sweet(and surprisingly its skim/lower calories, but its very good which is what matter), add a bit of crushed cookie, whole grain cereal and some roasted almonds and that it.
It makes for a great and sweet snack and for a healthy option(at least it seems to me).
