Yogurt ice cream with strawberries
250 grams of strawberries
100 grams of granulated sugar
90 ml lemon juice
250 ml Greek yoghurt
150 ml of whipped cream
In a blender, mash the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice until you get an homogeny mixture.
Add yogurt, whipped cream and involve very well.
Put in a container and take it to freezer. Every hour remove from the freezer and beat with sticks of wire. Repeat this process three more times.
I put the ice cream in the freezer shapes and let them freeze. Remove and place the prepared.
Take to the freezer for six hours and it`s done
