Hi Health Freaks....
Lets do some yogi bicycle....don`t be scared, I won`t ask you to risk your life to gain good health. Yogi bicycle is similar to the ab cycle we do on the mat but with little difference. You know how you hold your hand behind your neck and in crunch position. Then you move touch your one elbow to the opposite side of leg and alternate. Here is the twist in yogi bicycle. Instead of just switching your legs, you are slowly pedaling with your legs in the air. The point is have slow and control movements....so while you are twisting your sides (upper part), your legs are pedaling and moving up. This not only works out your obliques but your pooch as well and since you are in crunch position your top part of abs.
I hope I explained it fine and it all made sense. Keep the breathing nice and slow as your move from side to side. I learned this in my yoga class so I don`t know if you can find out about it any other place. The picture is from google images.
