Hello Loves, I was watching the news the other day and was saying that Yoga is actually NOT good for you. The doctor stated that the yoga poses was making you do things that your body shouldn`t be doing. It will cause your body to ache and your bones to be more fragile than they already are. And this is coming from someone who was a yoga instructor. He says that yoga is a primary cause of back bends and spinal twist. They suggest that people should just try to meditate to release stress versus doing extreme positions. What do you think? Do you like yoga?
