One of my new yeaar`s resolutions was to be more fit. Not in terms of losing weight because I`m perfectly happy with my body. I`ve been doing yoga everyday now and it makes me feel so much better about myself knowing that I`m on the track to being more healthy. I do a 10 minute yoga routine an hour before I go to bed. This is the routine I do if you guys were wondering - . I know it says fat burn/weight loss, but I just like to get everything in my body moving. So have you guys tried yoga? Do you like it?(:
