I`ve been really trying to eat a lot healthier when I can on the weekends or when I`m at home. So yesterday I decided to make a dish of stir fried veggies (broccoli, cabbage & onions) and cook it with white meat chicken and dices of tofu. It actually came out a lot better than I had expected. I know some people don`t care for tofu, but it`s actually really healthy and with the soy paste flavoring I added, it was really good! Love homecooked meals!
