A lot of us as kids took flintones chew vitamins (some ate them as candy) but its still good to take a multi-vitamin. It will surely do more good than harm for your future. A daily teen,female,or even gummy vitamin is good,but some who want extra benfits like a bigger butt,longer hair and nails,or just better skin or vision there are vitamins just for them!
First things first if you want a better frame and a bigger butt dont diet! WORK OUT! when you diet you take some of the nutrients that help you in that...area. Like good fatty acids,besides when your waist is smaller your butt appears to be larger.

Fish oil can also be good for your liver, pms, menopause, eyes, hair, nails, your metabolism and your baby during pregnancy (in moderate consumption). Fish oil also helps to direct all the healthy fat to the buttock area when working out is added. Just make sure to pick up a quality fish oil that isn`t flooded with fish fat!
