So lately I`ve been trying to eat healthy! aha, not so much to lose weight but just to stay fit. I kinda wanna gain muscle. No more fast food and junk for me, for now atleast :( Lately, wraps are all I`ve been living off of! and salads, aha... does anyone else have any other healthy suggestions?
