It will be bikini season again. I have to admit that I have eaten a few more Kinder Bueno chocolate bars (I looooooove chocolate) than my metabolism could afford. I spotted a Tracy Anderson workout while browsing through my old Cosmopolitan magazines. This one is from April 2012. "Burn 200 Calories--Fast," the title boasts. "Fit in 6 minutes," claims another subtitle. The moves look pretty easy so I`ll give them a shot. Have you ever tried any crash diets/workouts? Which, if any, have worked for you?
