Good mourning students,
today im going to share with you a quick workout routine for someone who really doesnt have alot of time for a full on sweat workout. just because you dont have an hour or two doesnt mean that you cant do anything. doing things like push ups, situps, crunches only take a few mins.
Sit ups: 3 sets of 20
Crunches: 3 sets of 20
push ups: 3 sets of as many as you can do. push yourself!
Bicycle crunches: 3 sets of 20
Jumping jacks: 3 sets of 20 (cardio)
While still doing all of these things you can do other things as well. Doing house work, taking a walk doing everyday things will help you with this.
