Wednesdays are my fitness class days so I always try to eat a lot of high energetic foods to keep me up and going during my workout. For breakfast last week, I had toast with honey (my new fav), some strawberries, a banana, couple sticks of cheese and celery. I also had a couple of almonds on the side and orange juice. Also don`t forget to drink plenty of water! I`ve been trying to eat healtheir and drink at least 1 litre of water a day. Happy eating:)
