Okay, we have to admit it. We all say that we are going to go to the gym and work out, But something pops up on out schedule. We also spend ALOT of time on the internet. Why not try something new? WORKING OUT ONE YOUTUBE! You might think that this is very pointless and that everybody can just run to walmart and buy a workout DVD, But this is 2014! We have to make a little changes. There are plenty of youtube channels that focus on working out for example: blogilates . If you go on her Youtube channel you will see alot of different workouts that focus on a specific part of your body. I like to do her inner thigh workout and her ab workout.She speaks to you through out the workout and she is very encouraging. There are plenty of other channels that you could go on to check for workouts.
