Hi guys. So I hate runningwalking on the treadmill. Its gets so boring. :( But luckily I found a new way to make the time pass by quickly and still get my workout. Teehee. I have netflix on my ipod and I like to put on a show. (Here I`m watching Once upon a time) before I know it I have watched a full episode and ran. :) I`ve been doing this for awhile now. ;) I still perfer to take a nice stroll and run outside. But those nights when my husband can`t make it, I stay home and do this instead. What do you guys do to work out?
