Ive been working out lately and listening to music really helps me get motivated. However, listening to the same old music day after day kinda gets boring. Ill listen to basically anything except for slow songs. I generally prefer rock, heavy metal, punk, pop and maybe maybe some country. I need help again, I want some new music to listen to at the gym, but i dont know what to get on my IPod...suggestions?
