I`m not sure if theres any guys reading this.. but I thought I would ask anyway. My boyfriend is on a health kick all of a sudden and went out and bought all this stuff!
He has always been serious about his work outs and eating habits, but he did slip for a while. Now he`s at it again and I was just wondering if this is normal.
I know taking supplements and protein is good for you.. but does one guy need all this?
What do ya`ll think?
