Work out like an Olympian!

Okay maybe not exactly like the Olympians but you can work out while you watch them, with these simple exercises. The workout for the Gymnastics Team is: 8 Crunches every time they hug or high five their coach 5 push ups every time they don`t stick a landing 10 Jumping Jacks every time someone wins a medal 7 squats every time you can`t figure out which country is competing 8 lunges every time someone falls Now i am usually pretty aware especially when it comes to the gymnastics so I would change the second to last one to something different like 7 squats whenever the scores are in the Yellow. I think these television workouts are a brilliant way to keep yourself in shape, that way you won`t be sitting on the couch for an hour or longer just watching these exercises put you in the action too! I also added a few other workouts for track and swimming which are both very popular events. I hope you`ll give these a try with me! I`ll post my progress, or lack thereof after a couple weeks Happy exercising!
