It`s been awhile since I had some Vietnamese food so for lunch I was craving for some rice noodles. I went to a Vietnamese restaurant that is known for their noodles and ordered the Hu Tieu hoac Mi Xui Cao Hoanh Thanh and in English that translates to Wonton & Dumpling with Rice Noodle or Egg Noodle (also there is BBQ Pork and a crispy fried Shrimp chip). The noodles I chose were the rice noodles (which is white and thicker) opposes to the yellow egg noodles. This huge and very delicious bowl of soup was only $6 bucks! And, the "surprise" I got was the crispy fried shrimp chip and that was really fishy yet good! But, for the shrimp chip... you have to eat it immediately for it to be crispy or else it`ll be soggy cause it`s in hot soup water.
Ever have noodles like this at a Vietnamese restaurant before?
