So as i said i will be starting up with my weight loss again. I started last year in january losing weight and by the time summer came around i had lost 40lbs and i was so happy but of course not happy enough. After summer i started school and that led to alot of stress and eating at fast food places on my lunch break. Long story short out of the 40lbs that i lost i have gained 10lbs back which is no bueno!! I am now going to bust my ass to not only lose the 10lbs back i will be losing more and more. My goal is to be down to at least 135 by the time summer comes around. the reason im giving myself a pretty small goal is because of school. i dont have unlimited time anymore to work out and to go to the gym. i go to school 9 to 5 and my house is full of people and its not easy to get a workout in, but i will be doing small things to help myself and of course eating right. i will be sharing with you guys my eating plan as well as my tiny workout plan for someone who doesnt have alot of time.
