Lets face it there are so many diets on the market these days. Humans are so obsessed with weight and being healthy. But don`t waste your money! Diets are bad! Most of them don`t have you eating nearly enough calories and they usually lack nutrients. Did you know the normal adult needs at least 1,800 calories? And for men it`s 2,000. That`s quite a large number when you think about it. Now you don`t have to stuff your face but it is good to eat enough. Breakfast should be your biggest meal, it is fuel for your day. And don`t forget to snack! If you are hungry don`t starve. Don`t forget the protein and other healthy things. Say no to diets!
