All three put her through to the next round, with Morgan exclaiming: "You are my kind of woman," and Cowell telling her: "Fabia, I absolutely adore you."
Afterwards, Cerra explained: "I stuck the nipple tassels on really hard because it`s a family show, but my left one came off. I can honestly say it was a complete accident."
