Today for lunch i had something different than usual and add soy bolognese sauce with fusilli whole grain pasta.
This was actually my first time trying soy like this because i never was a big fan of soy, so i was a bit skeptical when trying this but it turned out great. I followed the instructions and let the soy in water for about 30 minutes and it quickly absorved all the water and made the sauce with some onion and tomato sauce. Mix all together in the pan and then add to the pasta and it`s done.
Its an easy, quick and healthy recipe and one that im going to repeat again since soy is actually a healthy food when compared to other ones and even though some people are against it, i think having it sometimes it ok.
One thing i also noticed is that the soy is very cheap, a bag of this costed like 1.5/2$, so its a great price.
