Last night I grilled chicken breast marinated with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder and dash of salt/pepper. I chopped up one of the chicken breasts for lunch. For my side, I have a scoop of avocado and diced tomatoes, onions and a little bit of red peppers! I topped the tomatoes with a little bit of parmesan cheese.
Overall: This is my healthy and enjoyable lunch for today! Tomorrow, I will be having the same for lunch.
