Dinner was simple tonight because both my honey and I are sick (it doesnt really matter that Im sick cause hes the cook lol). He made it an easy night and he decided to make some Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts, which were the star of the meal! They were so delicious, juicy, and flavorful! He started by rubbing the chicken down with Dry Ranch, Garlic, and Parmesian Cheese. After that was left to sit in the fridge for about an hour he wrapped each piece with Double Thick, Hardwood Smoked Bacon. They cooked for about 45 mins at 375 degrees and came out perfectly juicy and delicious! For sides he went the quick route and made some Corn and Broccoli Chicken Rice-A-Roni. It was so good, even for a "quick" dinner night!
