What`s for dinner??

I admit that i don`t know how to cook. since i started living withmy boyfriend just last week, i had to cook!

this one is a very easy to cook and healthy too!
all you need is:
-chicken breast (depends how many people will eat) but i only defrosted 2 huge pieces.
-bell pepper ( i didn`t buy this, i had this in my fridge)
-baby carrots or carrots
-onion and garlic
-pepper to taste
-garlic powder (just for the heck of it)

-preheated my pan
-put butter instead of oil to saute the garlic, then fter it turned brown i put the onion.
-put in the chicken breast that i cut into pieces. and wait until it`s not raw looking anymore.
-waited 10 mns on high and i had to close the lid of the pan.
- put a little water
- put in the carrots and let it simmer.
-put in the bellpepper and let it simmer.again.
-lastly i put in the cut cabbage.
let it simmer again, put in low fire and simmer for 5 mns and voila!! done!
u can also put in pepper and salt. but i didnt put any salt. i jst put in some pepper and garlic powder:)

it tastes so good because of the butter that i used to saute instead of using cooking oil:)
