I am at the point where i really want to loose a good amount of weight but i want to do it the health way. I am really looking for a great work out plan to start me off with. I haven`t exercise in a long time and i want to do something that i can start off with besides walking. I think its time for people to get healthy so i have to start with my self. So please people help me out by telling me great ways to start getting healthier?
