Yesterday, I went into my local CVS looking for a foundation or concealer that would be easy to use, conceal uneven skintone, redness etc. This is after reading an article from one of my favorite Apps, called AWS (AllWomanStalk). The article was titled, 7 Signs your wearing too much makeup. It just so happened that my bf commented to me a few days ago saying,"God, how much makeup did you cake on today?!" So, naturally I was intrigued by this article. In reading the article it mentioned, that if you use bronzer all over your face all the time then your using too much makeup. And that one really got to me, because the past year or 2, I have devoted myself to wearing Mally`s Powder Bronzer all over my face with blush as well. It also mentioned that when using bronzer, it should never be applied all over your face, but just key areas to highlight your natural beauty giving you that perfect sun kissed appearance. Mainly focusing on the cheekbone, chin, and forehead areas. So, when I walked into CVS, I was on a mission. And to my surprise, I ended up picking up this Garnier BB cream. And believe me, I`m not one those gals who got into all the hype of the BB & CC creams when they came out. So I was hesitant at first. I decided to apply a small amount to my face, since I wasn`t wearing any makeup at all. And to my amazement it worked great. So, with the coupon that was with it, which was $1.00 off, it came to $11.99, which honestly is a bit pricey for me for drugstore makeup. I usually use my Mally. Anyways, I got home and put the BB cream on my entire face, added bronzer in the right areas, like the article said, and my blush. And, WoW!! I was IMPRESSED!! It completely evened out my blotchiness/redness areas. Plus this specific BB cream is made for combination to oily skin. And I suffer from very oily skin. I carry Clean&Clear Oil Blotting Sheets with me everywhere. I have multiple packs, that how self conscious I am about it. To my amazement, it noticeably helped my oily skin. So, I am ALL in with this BB Cream from Garnier. Has anyone had any positive results like me with these creams or any negativity results?? What brand were they?? Did u spend a fortune or go the less expensive route?!?
