So, a couple weeks ago, I posted my CVS haul, alot of people were asking me to do a review on the eyeliner, and today, I finally will do it . This retails for four dollars at any CVS, Riteaid, Walgreens, and maybe Target, but Im not completely sure. It comes with the actual product, and a mini angle brush that I wouldn`t necessarily use it for the eyeliner just because its to big/thick for my eyeshape/size. However it is really soft, and could be used for let say eyebrow powder.
"-Versatile alternative to pencils and liquid liners.
-Blendable formula lines, shades and contours eyes.
-Precision of a liquid liner with a silkiest, softer finish that lasts.
Create beautifully defined lines with this rich, creamy formula. Applies effortlessly as it delivers long lasting drama with a velvety finish. Comes with an easy to use, conveniently sized brush"
-Extremely creamy and pigmented.
-Goes on nicely.
-I never do it, but it stays on waterline WHEN you set it.
-Packaging is really bad, so product drys quickly.
***With this new product, the cap does not screw on all the way, so i bet this will dry out even faster.
-Transfers on my upper lid with in 3 hours, not so bad when I set it with a powder .
ALL IN ALL: This new box is my third one Ive purchased. I really mind that it transfers onto my lid, but most liners do, just cause of my eyeshape. I will keep on buying and using it until I discover a better liner .
