- I`ve recently lost about 20lbs since I was last on Luuux. I wasn`t able to post a before picture... for some reason it was too small so it wouldn`t upload. So i`ll have be sure to upload one after this post or when i have time this week.
Anyways, along with the weightloss.... Back in February 2012 I was at about 145lbs.. current weight today March 2013, I am currently 120lbs. For me, weight doesn`t matter all that much. I mean, it does still matter, but my goal was to be toned and fit.
How did I acheive that? Working my butt off at the gym and eating healthy! =) Alot of people have asked me what I have done to get my `abs` and how i got so toned. All i tell them is... "patience and consistency is the key." and it truly is.
